- Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
- Milk – 1 and 1/2 cup
- Flour – 2 cup
- Baking powder – 1 tbls

- Salt – 1/4 tsp
A pancake is a delicious breakfast delicacy made with eggs, milk, and butter. It’s really easy to make and healthy. So, put on your aprons, grab your spatulas and get ready to make some soft and fluffy pancakes!

Step 1: Take two eggs at room temperature.
(Note: If the eggs were in the fridge, keep it outside for minimum 30 mins).
Step 2: Then, add sugar and whisk the eggs and sugar for a few minutes until the sugar completely melts and a smooth texture is formed.
Step 3: Add 4tbls oil to the mixture.
Step 4: Then add vanilla essence to it.
Step 5: Now add milk.
Step 6: Now mix them well all together.
Step 7: Then add the dry ingredients. Take a sieve and add the flour, baking powder and salt. Sift the dry ingredients into the mixture. Sifting all the ingredients will make the pancakes fluffier.
Step 8: Beat the batter properly so that there are no lumps present
Step 1: Take a pan and pre-heat it on the stove.
Step 2: Using a cup or any round spoon, scoop some of the batter.
Step 3: Now pour the batter on the pan. It will take a round shape naturally. No cover is required.
Step 4: Wait for 1 minute, and you see some bubble on the surface of the pancake.
Step 5: The bottom side of the pancake is properly cooked and will have a beautiful brownish colour. Flip the pancake and cook the opposite side in the same manner.
Step 6: Follow the previous step for the remaining batter.
Top them with a cube of butter and maple syrup
The Pancake is now ready to serve!
